Provider Relations Overview
Provider Relations monitors programs including PASSPORT, Assisted Living and Title III. Some of our providers are large corporate entities who provide home health care, and some provider agencies are run by small business owners who offer very specialized services such as housecleaning and wheelchair ramp installation.
