COAAA is a mission-driven organization with a great work culture. COAAA employees are in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) with the employer contribution of 14% to individuals’ retirement. Other available benefits include vision, dental, deferred compensation, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, and more. Our staff are not scheduled to work on evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts. Staff members are also able to earn all required continuing education requirements through free in-house trainings.
After onboarding, orientation, and training, some employees are eligible to request the ability to work from home and to establish a flexible schedule.
