The 2009 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) allows low-income seniors in Central Ohio to obtain produce from local farmers.

• Coupons given on a First Come, First Served basis to eligible participants.  You must be 60 years old or better and meet the following income requirement: less than $20,035 for a single person, $26,945 for a household of two per year

  • Eligible participants will receive $50 in the form of ten (10) $5 coupons

  • Applications received through the mail will not be accepted for the 2009 program

  • Participants must complete a new application for the 2009 program

  • Farmers will be available June 9th for those wishing to shop immediately
